To ensure your event is unforgettable, I will organise for you – at your home or any other location – an elegant, personalised buffet, rich in quality and good taste, finger-food-style: appetising snacks, Venetian “ciccheti”, practical in taste, but above all, excellently prepared with care and made with the finest ingredients.

For several years I have been passionate about preparing raw fish and I am expanding the range to include exquisite sushi dishes and a selection of local oysters and crudités.

Of course, your event will also include a wide range of wines. From the classic sparkling varieties to the local white and red wines.
