Cooking classes

If during you stay, between a visit to a museum and a gondola ride, you have the time and curiosity to learn how to make some of the dishes of the Venetian tradition –but not only-, I will open the door of my house, a corner of peace and silence located in a charming campiello in the neighbourhood of Dorsoduro.

We will visit together to the Rialto market to select the ingredients, which we’ll choose among the colourful stalls of fresh fish, vegetables and spices, where I will start describing the produce we will use.
Once home, we will start the lesson, learning having fun and enjoying some glasses of prosecco.
I will teach you how to make different types of pasta: tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli, lasagne.
I will also share how to make excellent risottos, prepare dishes based on fish or meat, traditional desserts and a lot more.
Cooking classes are highly appreciated also by children.
For them, I offer specific classes centred on the food they love the most:
desserts, cookies, cakes and some creams.
